Glaucomatrac is a web-based graphical method of keeping a record of your eye pressure, eye test results and eye drops. We believe that such a record is essential for several reasons. Maintaining such a record will allow you to get a better sense of your eye health and will allow for your participation in treatment decisions. This may empower you to ask questions about your disease that you otherwise may not. In addition, you will better understand the various treatment decisions. We believe that active monitoring by patients is an essential, albeit ignored, aspect of successful control of chronic diseases.

We realize that most likely you will not have all the information needed. You will have to get it from your doctors or will have to request for medical record and abstract it yourself. However, it has to be clearly understood that Glaucomatrac is not an alternative or supplement to your doctor's advice.
